Different between "read" and 'recite"

Read

- to look at carefully as to understand the meaning of

- to utter aloud or render in speech

- to have such knowledge as to be able to understand things written

Recite

- read out

- to repeat the words of as from memory esp in a formal manner

- to repeat before an audience, as for entertainment

- to enumerate

Government : satu sistem pemerintahan atau badan yang terdiri

daripada orang-orang yang memerintah sesebuah  negara.

Kerajaan     : berasal dari perkataan "raja", maksudnya lebih kepad satu negara yang diperintah oleh raja atau pemerintah.

Fahaman (Ideology) : kepercayaan atau pegangan terhadap sesuatu; faham (ajaran) yang diamalkan atau yang dicita-citakan untuk dasar pemerintahan dan lain-lain.

Kapitalisme (Capitalism) :berasal dari perkataan kapitalis, yang bermaksud pemodal yang menyokong fahaman kapitalisme. Kapitalisme sebenarnya adalah sistem ekonomi dalam perniagaan dan perusahaan sesuatu negeri lebih banyak diselenggara (dikuasai) oleh orang-orang persendirian pada sektor sawsta daripada sektor awam atau kerajaan. (fahaman modal)

Relativism is the philosophical position that all points of view are equally valid and that all truth is relative to the individual. This means that all moral positions, all religious systems, all art forms, all political movements, etc., are truths that are relative to the individual. Under the umbrella of relativism whole groups of perspectives are categorized. In obvious terms, some are:

cognitive relativism (truth) - Cognitive relativism affirms that all truth is relative. This would mean that no system of truth is more valid than another one and that there is no objective standard of truth. It would, naturally, deny that there is a God of absolute truth.
moral/ethical relativism - all morals are relative to the social group within which they are constructed.
situational relativism - that ethics (right and wrong) are dependent upon the situation.

Altruism fahaman bahawa semua adalah baik dan betul.

Cynicism semuanya adalah salah. Tidak melihat sesuatu apa pun dan meragukan sifat-sifat baik yang ada pada manusia.

Taoisme started as a combination of psychology and philosophy states that words are just a sign to point to the nonconceptual ultimate reality. It is of value to not obsess over the conceptual pointer but to see the ultimate reality clearly.

Komanwel  : negara-negara yang merdeka yang pernah dijajah British.   (common wealth -bersama kaya )

Merdeka : Pendefinisian sempadan ( boundary ), bukan bebas daripada jajahan.
